My guess is conditioning and Spo having more or less a set group of dudes he trusts to finish out and them having an understanding of their roles better there. Our starting lineups at the beginning of either half (this year especially) are a complete fuckin surprise to me so consistency in the 4th makes sense as a counter.

We kind of lost this one in the 3rd imo. The missed makeable shots and mental errors on defense helped Miami trim the lead. We could’ve been up close to 15 going into the 4th imo.

Looks like the bubble Heat weren't a fluke. I'd say they still beat the Bucks in a 7 game series. They annihilated Milwaukee in the 4th.

Bam's passing was crazy btw. They give him the ball in transition like he's a point guard.

This Bucks team won’t be as good in the regular season. They sacrificed their depth in the Jrue trade and their other moves this offseason. When Giannis goes to the bench it’s a disaster and that’s where they lost the game today in the late 3rd and early 4th. When rotations get shorter in the playoffs this presumably won’t hurt as much (Unless Bud continues playing those dudes 30 mins in the playoffs again)

Last night I think it was a revenge game for Bucks for losing in the playoffs. They couldn't miss last night. It was an anomaly. This game Heat looked like their playoff selfs, at least in the second half. Bam played like he deserved that max contract.

Keep the turnovers down and it will be hard to beat Miami as long as their key players stay healthy.
