Haha, I mean clearly but the Kings are already a super fun team to watch despite not being a playoff team. KD being added makes them a 3-4 seed in my opinion so they'll be good and fun to watch.

I've been dreading this hiring from the moment it was made clear he was the front-runner. Every time I watched the Lakers, there was always really stupid substitutions. This man always sat Ingram in the 4th even though he was like 10-11 from the field later in the season.

I can recall so many weird ass lineups Luke would run.
He started a game this year with McGee and Zubac...There was the Kuzma/Beasley at the 5 experiment. Rondo/Lonzo/LeBron playing in lineups together, etc.
His problem offensively isn’t a lineup problem though. His sets and scheme is just entirely creative. People would get mad about Lonzo standing in the corner but that’s literally the plays that Luke would draw up.

I hope Luke doesn't bring the same staff from the Lakers and actually puts decent basketball minds around him. If he's able to implement at least a normal amount of offensive sets and continue his player development on the defensive side of things, this could be a great pairing. My worry would be another stagnant half court offense, but I'm hella excited to watch the Kings next year.
