I think Rubio got stuck in the wrong eratbh.. Not a good shooter but man can he pass the basketball and play gooddefense. I think he's been a rather underrated player in his career and he'dalso give it his all on the court. One of my favorite Wolves and could neverunderstand why people hated him so much.

I also like the fit. He got paid ~$15million this year.
I don’t think his value is as high thistime around. He’s still young (28) and has some pretty good name recognition.I’d be surprised if he gets less than 12 or 13, but if the market is low on him10 might have to be what he settles with.
For reference:
Patty Mills earns $11.6
Dellavedova earns $9.6 million
Rondo earns $9 million.

Delly was part of the 2016 blitz and Rondowas on a one year deal, not really comparable.
Bledsoe’s been the only PG given a newcontract this year IIRC, and he’s on 17.5. That was from a team that was goingover cap anyway and had his bird rights. I could definitely see Rubio onlygetting $10m.

They were pretty openly trying to trade forConley at the deadline too. It's a good thing they aren't stringing him alongand being fake now. He's probably saying this so the rest of the league knowshe's available.
